Chef Sean Patrick Gallagher has spent thirteen years in NYC working both as a full-time private chef for celebrity and UHNW families as well as running large-scale catering companies off-site operations. From these experiences Chef Sean has since launched Home Grown Meals where he focuses on preparing the highest quality food by cooking in-season, utilizing local farms and purveyors, and preparing food as fresh as possible.
